D. matted silver with applied steel and tritium indexes, auxiliary seconds and 45 minutes register dials, outer graduation for the telemeter, the slide-rule and the decimal scale. "Dauphine" tritiumcoated steel hands. M. 13"' with switching wheel, gilt brass, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.

Chronomat The first "Chronomat" was called "Cronomat" and was launched in 1942, the automatic model in a new designed case in 1976, and in 1984, for its Centenary, Breitling launched a new version of the old "Chronomat". In 1994, this model celebrates its tenth anniversary.
