Notes
While the early Breitling Duograph were made in very small numbers starting in approximately 1943 and were available in gold and in steel. Coming in at a relatively large case for the time (36 mm) split-second chronographs were always top of the line and are rare. The original dial was probably damaged at some point and exchanged with a later dial signed Top-Time.
