The Cosmonaute began life over forty years ago as a 24-hour version of themuch-loved Navitimer pilot’s watch. The following year it was worn in spaceduring the second orbital flight by an American Astronaut. In extremely good condition throughout, this particular example also features a strong case, crisplugs, and a stunning dial with Breitling’s signature “Twin Jets” logo. Perhaps mostimportantly, this timepiece retains its correct slide rule bezel insert - which werecommonly water damaged and replaced with low quality aftermarket parts.
