The revolutionary Octo Finissimo became the icon to the Bvlgari watch collection. Not only due to its impressive compact dimensions, it also offers an engaging technical design and it feels almost weightless on the wrist.The caliber BVL 128 was originally introduced in the Octo Finissimo model in 2014, the year of the brand’s 130thanniversary. Bvlgari proudly proclaims the BVL 128 as the ultra-thin and extra-thin. The brand is also on record stating thatthe thinnest part of the mainplate is only 0.25mm thick (about the same as two strands of hair). Even the mainspring barrelhas been slimmed down to under 1.4mm thick.
