CEBESTAN REF. CAB 0091 TOURBILLLON TITANIUM PVD Cebestan, Swiss, Winch Tourbillon vertical, Ref. CAB 0091, No. 88/110, made circa 2014. Fine, rare and large, drums display time, tourbillon, chained and fusee and 72 hours power reserve, titanium PVD coated wristwatch and a titanium PVD coated Cebestan deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box, instruction booklet and warranty.

Composed of 7 elements welded in a controlled atmosphere. Two functional capstans: winding and time setting. Two functional capstans: winding and time setting. Two decorative capstans. Case back with 6 screws. Hours, minutes and seconds displayed on three engraved rotary drums, coloured markings in Super Luminova. Power reserve of 72 hours displayed on an engraved rotary drum, coloured markings in Super Luminova. Cal. CAB EC 102, roudium-plated, 35 jewels, tourbillon regulated 6 positions with constant force delivered by the fusse-and-chain. Vertical system of wheels of gold or nickel-plated bronze, rhodium-plated bottom plate, bridges and pinions. Stainless steel chain 160 mm.long composed of 235 links and 156 rivets, all assembled manually. Time-setting and winding with a miniature dynamometric winch. Manual finishing of all components: beveling, polishing, drawing and circular finishing.

Case, dial and movement signed. DIM. 46 x 41 THICKNESS 15mm. CABESTAN was founded in 2003, the present example no. 88 is part of the first generation by the Independant Swiss watchmaker. All pieces on this highly complicated timepiece were first designed by renowned names in the watch industry, Jean-François Ruchonnet (designer), Vianney Halter, Eric Coudray (Master watchmakers). Not anymore in production today, this example can be considered as one of the most important collector's piece from the brand. This model part of the limited series Winch Tourbillon Vertical was completely assembled in house with best quality control, it still retains its orginal plastic protecting box, original presentation case and certificate, showing the work of excellence that still drives Cabestan Swiss Watch Manufacture today under its new CEO and owner, Lionel Betoux. Furthermore, the watch will be serviced completely by Cabestan and given a two year warranty, as well as customized for its new owner. This exceptional gesture shows once again the commitment of the new management and we are thankful to them on behalf of all collectors of Cabestan highly complicated timepieces.
