There is no doubt that Cartier creations from the 1920's of their wristwatches and clocks was the golden age for the brand. Using the best craftsmen and the most precious materials available their creations were sold to royalty and important families around the world. This lady's cocktail watch is no exception using a platinum diamond case with mobile lugs, onyx inserts on the lugs that would have been a true conversation piece for an elegant cocktail in Paris in the 1920's.
