Very fine, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

"Guilloché" silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at X, subsidiary dials for the date, day and month, aperture for the leap year. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 9100 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier and "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 X 43 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
