Produced in a limited series of 150 examples in 1997 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of the company by Louis- Francois Cartier. Very fine and unusual, rectangular curved, 18K white gold driver's wristwatch with round bar lugs connected to an unusual 18K white gold deployant clasp at 6 o'clock.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bombé, cylindrical lugs, back winder, case back engraved "L C 1847 - 1997", "bombé" sapphire crystal. D. Guilloché matte silver with painted radial Roman numerals on a plain outer reserve, secret "Cartier" signature. Blued steel ?épée? hands. M. 5 1/2''', signed Jaeger LeCoultre, rhodiumplated, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case, and movement signed. Dim. 19 x 35 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
