Notes

Patek Philippe's Technology reached its pinnacle with split-second chronograph wristwatches. These precious mechanisms were cased in yellow gold, occasionally in white gold, and even in stainless steel, of which only three are known to exist. Apart from already being a rare watch, this piece bears Breguet numerals and is particularly interesting and collectable due to the fact that it was personalized for Cartier. This watch is published in Collezionare Orologi Patek Philippe by M. and O. Patrizzi, page 239.
