Very fine, tonneau-shaped, two-time zone, self-winding, water-resistant, platinum gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Cal. 9421 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier and "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 26 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature.
