Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and leap year indication and an 18K yellow gold Cartier bracelet and deployant clasp.

Two-body, solid, polished, stepped and inclined bezel, correctors on the band, case back with 8 screws, concave bezel, "Vendôme" lugs, screwed-down cabochon sapphire-set winding- crown protection cover with security link, sapphire crystal. D. Matte silver with painted radial Roman numerals, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, blue oval aperture for the moon phases. Luminous blued steel "lozenge" hands. M. Cal. 039, rhodium-plated, 34 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self compensating flat balance spring, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 11 mm. Approx. overall length 190 mm.
