?Montre Couteau? Cartier, Paris, Londres. No. 1567. Made circa 1910. Very fine and elegant, thin, Belle Epoque 18K gold and enamel keyless dress pocket watch.
C. Three-body, knife-edge band, back cover with alternating gold and translucent green stripes, white enamel dot border resembling split pearls, center with swirling foliate rosette, bezel with white and translucent green enamel border. D. Silver, sunburst engine-turned with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Gilt brass, bar caliber, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement adapter ring signed, case numbered. Diam. 46 mm.
