Very fine and rare, rectangular, two time zone, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with two movements and two dials and an 18K pink and yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp.

C. Three-body, massive, polished and brushed, half-moon shaped lugs, top winder. D. On one side, champagne with yellow gold ?Baton? hands and on the other side white with blued steel ?Baton? hands, both with painted radial Roman numerals. M. 9", rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 24 x 35 mm. Thickness 8,5 mm.
