Cartier, Paris-Londres, No. 1727, circa 1910. Very fine silver, enamel and amethyst, minute-repeating, eight-day carriage clock.

C. Rectangular, of amethyst translucent enamel over engine-turning with white champleve enamel lined borders. Four silver amethyst set bail feet and amethyst repeating button at the top. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Gold arrow hands. M. Rectangular gilt brass, "Nocturne" with going barrel, straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Dim. 71 x 48 x 38 mm.
