"Montre ronde squelette" Cartier Paris, "Montre bracelet ronde à pointes d?or?, No. 40022. Entered in the registers on October 12, 1954. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's helm wristwatch with 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp.

C. Round case, massive, polished, inner and outer ring separated by 12 round hour markers, "Vendôme" lugs, hexagonal gold crown. D. Matte silver, quartered. Blued steel baton hands. M. 8???, rhodium-plated, signed European Watch & Clock Co., "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 2 positions, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed, case numbered. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
