C. massive, polished, stepped sides, sapphireset winding-crown. D. white with painted Roman numerals. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M.10"' signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating flat balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 34 x 39 mm.
