C. massive, polished, sapphire set winding-crown. D. mat silver with painted Arabic numerals and indexes. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 6 1 /4 "' signed Cartier, oval, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, antishock system, selfcompensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In good condition. Dim. 22 x 31 mm.
