Cartier, Paris, No. 2700, made in the 1910's. Ultra slim and elegant 18 ct. white gold and enamel, keyless "couteau" dress watch in a later red leather, Cartier fitted box.

M. 16"', gilt brass, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Flat balance spring. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 46 mm.
