Cartier Paris "Tonneau", circa 1915. Very fine and rare, early, tonneau shaped, curved, 18 ct. gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, screwed bars, sapphire set winding-crown. D. silver with painted Roman numerals. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 10 "' signed Cartier Paris, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 26 x 46 mm.
