Notes

This type of watches were initially made as purse watches. A few of them (the "Guillotine Bébé à pattes" have been modified by Cartier into wristwatches for the English Market. We underline here, that Cartier Paris has produced as well, some of these under the denomination "Bracelet-Montre Guillotine". We like to bring the above precisions concerning these models, because of the general confusion existing about the " Guillotine" wristwatches.
