Cartier deployant clasp, massive, polished, bezel set with diamonds, black enamel band, diamond set windingcrown. D. mat silver, with painted Roman numerals. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 8"' rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 20 x 27 mm.
