Cartier Paris, No. 02767, circa 1924. Very fine and rare, marquise shaped (navette), platinum lady's wristwatch, with visible balance on dial, cord bracelet and 18ct gold deployant clasp.

C. shaped, massive, polished, extended lugs, top winder. D. mat silver, with painted Roman numerals. "Spade" blued steel hands. M. 4"' rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In good condition. Dim. 11x25 mm.
