C. massive, polished, satined, screwed bars, sapphire set winding-crown. D. guilloché silver, with painted Roman numerals. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 7 1/2"' signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 26x46 mm.
