C. Two-body, shaped, massive, back with eight screws, octagonal cabochon-set winding crown, curved sapphire crystal. D. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature. Blued steel ?épee?hands. M. Cal. 9P2, rhodium-plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, adjusted 5 positions to temperature, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim 27 x 45 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
