Rare and extremely fine diamond and gem set keyless pendant watch in the form of a basket full of flowers, with a matching clip. in original red leather fitted case. Two piece platinum case paved with calibrated diamonds. the flowers made of carved rubies, sapphires and emerald. Oval mat silver dial with Roman numerals and indexes. Blued steel "cathédrales" hands. Rhodium plated oval 7.5 x 4.5''' top winding movement "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement monometallic balance with self-compensated balance spring. Signed Cartier on the dial, Audemars Piguet on the movement. In very good condition. Dim. 70x12 mm.
