C. massive. polished. satined, top winder. D. white, with painted roman numerals. "Spade" blued steel hands. M. 6 ' baguette, signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 20x31 mm.
