C. massive, polished, stepped sides, winding-crown visible through the bezel. D. white with painted Roman numerals, " Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 7 1/2", signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 27 x 27 mm.
