C. massive, polished, sapphire-set winding-crown. D. white with painted Roman numerals, "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 7 1/2"', signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "faussescôtes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 26 x 32 mm.
