Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, concentric 24-hour Arabic numerals, secret Cartier signature at X. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 9P2, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, selfcompensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
