"Tank Américaine" Cartier, "Tank Américaine", Automatic. Made in the 1980s. Very fine, rectangular curved, centerseconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold integrated bracelet and Cartier deployant clasp.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, 4 screws on the band and 8 on the case back, sapphire-set octagonal winding-crown, sapphire crystal. D. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, aperture for the date, secret Cartier signature. Blued steel "épée" hands. M. Cal. 200, rhodiumplated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case, and movement signed. Dim. 26 x 44 mm. Thickness: 9 mm.
