Very fine and rare, rectangular, two time-zone, 18K yellow gold gentleman's reversible wristwatch with two movements and two dials and an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp.

M. 9", rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
