Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and leap year indication with an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp.

Two-body, solid, polished, stepped and inclined bezel, correctors on the band, case back with 8 screws, concave bezel, "Vendôme" lugs, screwed-down cabochon sapphire-set winding- crown protection cover with security link, sapphire crystal. D. Two-tone silver with applied gold baton indexes on a plain reserve, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, of the week, the months, the leap year, blue oval aperture for the moon phases, engine-turned central field. Luminous blued steel "lozenge" hands. M. Cal. 039, rhodium-plated, 34 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free-sprung monometallic balance, shock absorber, self compensating flat balance spring, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
