Matte silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature on the VII, inner minute track. Luminous ?épée? hands. M. Cal. 049, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
