Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold "double secteur" wristwatch with 24-hour jump hand and an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by an original certificate.

C. Two-body, polished, inclined bezel, vendome-type lugs, screwed-down cabochon sapphire-set winding crown protection with security link, transparent back with 8 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Matte silver with ?clous de Paris? decoration, applied brushed gold sectors with black painted radial Arabic numerals for the 24-hours and luminous dots, subsidiary seconds dial below. Blued steel hand with gold terminals. M. Rhodium-plated, ?Cartier monogram? decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
