Very fine, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp.

Cal. 9100 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier and "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature.
