Jaeger, Swiss, circa 1930's. Very elegant 18K gold keyless dress watch with chronograph medical tachometer and instantaneous 30 minute recorder in the style of Cartier.

Three piece massive lenticular "carrure plate" polished and satine case. Mat silver dial with Empire numerals, outer minute and chronograph rings, tachometer scale calculated for 30 pulses, subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel Breguet hands. Nickel 17? Lecoultre movement, 24 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Diam. 49 mm.
