Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with date and a stainless steel Cartier deployant clasp.

Three-body, polished and brushed, transparent case back with 8 screws, unidirectional revolving graduated bezel, detachable grille to protect the crystal, "Vendôme"-type lugs, cabochon ruby-set winding crown with screwed-down protective cap and chain, sapphire crystal. D. Guilloche silver with painted radial Roman numerals and luminous indexes on a plain reserve, aperture for the date between 4 and 5, secret Cartier signature at 7. Luminous blued steel lozenge hands. M. Cal. 049, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, micrometer regulator.
