Very fine, tonneau-shaped, two-time-zone, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate and accessories.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, sapphire-set winding crown, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloche silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at X, subsidiary dials for the second time-zone in 24 hours at 6, the days of the month, of the week, the month and leap year. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 9421 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier and oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 26 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature.
