C. massive, polished, satined, at the end of the leather strap, a buckle becomes an outer ring of the watch, by rotation of the case of 1/4 gear, the system is locked. D. white with Roman numerals, winding-crown at 12 o'clock at the top right corner. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M. 5½'", signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" deco-ration, 22 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 3 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. 22 x 22 mm.
