Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 863059, case No. 646704, Ref. 1436, made for Cartier in 1942, sold to Henry Stern Watch Agency in 1948. Extremely rare and fine 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button split second chronograph, register and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, satined. D. mat silver with applied gold Breguet numerals + auxiliary second and 30 minute register dials, outer tachometer graduation. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"', rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjust-ed to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator, the coaxial button on the winding-crown is for the split-second functions. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 33 mm.
