Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 198405, case No. 617297, Ref. 130, made for Cartier, No. 8703, sold on the 15.12.1938. Extremely rare and small 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch, with single button split seconds chronograph, register and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel. D. mat silver with applied gold Breguet numerals + auxiliary 30 minutes register and seconds dials, concentric graduation for the minutes, the seconds and the tachometer. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"' rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 26 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, the winding crown is also for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph, the single button at "2 o' clock" controls the rattrapante hand only. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 33 mm.
