Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with one-minute tourbillon regulator, power reserve and 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 102, gilt brass, fully engraved, 39 jewels, lateral lever escapements, monometallic balance, self-compensating balance spring, 22K gold rotor, one minute tourbillon regulator with polished steel carriage.
