Three-body, polished and brushed, case back with 8 screws, graduated bezel engraved with black and white enamel Arabic numerals, sapphire crystal, Vendôme type lugs, winding crown with protective cap and security link. D. Guilloché silver with painted stylized Arabic numerals, yellow gold baton indexes and luminous dots, concentric image of the globe, aperture for the date between 4 and 5. Luminous blued steel lozenge hands, 24 hour round-tip hand to indicate the diurnal and nocturnal hours on the 24-hour graduated bezel. M. Cal. 191, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix and special Cartier decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
