Very fine, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted Cartier box, blank certificate and booklet.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, octagonal sapphire-set winding-crown, correctors on the band, and sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at 10, subsidiary dials for the day, date, month and aperture for the leap year. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 9100 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier and oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 43 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
