Catherine The Great Cartier, Paris-Londres. Made circa 1910. Very fine and rare, thin and elegant, lady?s 18K yellow gold, silver and rose-cut diamond-set keyless pendant watch.
C. Three-body, polished bezel and band, the back cover made from a silver coin of Catherine II or Russia, the border set with rose-cut diamonds. D. Matte silver, sunburst engine-turned with Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 10???, frosted gilt, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 27 mm.
