Tank Obus - St. Christopher Cartier, Paris, "Tank Obus", No. 21407/1519. Made in 1928. Very fine and very rare, square, 18K yellow gold and champleve enamel wristwatch with special champleve enamel ?St. Christopher? back and a Cartier 18K yellow gold deployant clasp. Accompanied by a Cartier box.

Square, two-body, solid, polished, four screws on the band, ogival lugs, black champleve radial Roman numerals on the wide bezel, inner minute track, the back decorated with a dark blue champleve enamel depicting St. Christopher and the inscription ?EXALTATION, 1901-1927, Paris and After?.
