Grande Octagonal Cartier, No. 1306. The case with London hallmarks for 1972-1973. Very fine and rare, large, 18K yellow gold octagonal wristwatch with the original 18K yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp with London hallmarks for 1973. Accompanied by a Cartier box.

C. Two-body, octagonal, polished, rounded bezel, concealed vendome lugs, four screws in the band, winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire, back engraved ?2nd October 1973?. D. White painted with radial Roman numerals. Blued steel baton hands. M. 9 ½???, by Jaeger LeCoultre, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber to balance and escape wheels, micrometer regulator. Dial signed Cartier, case and clasp with ?JC? punchmark, movement signed Jaeger LeCoultre. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
