Cartier Pendulette de Voyage a Repetition Cartier, France, No. 2667. Made circa 1910. Very fine and very rare, lapis, gold and enamel quarter-repeating desk clock with the original Cartier gold-tooled morocco leather fitted traveling box and associated key.

C. Rectangular lapis lazuli, the bezel engraved with foliage pattern, the top with applied pierced gold monogram of interlaced ?L's?, shuttered winding holes, sugar-loaf push-piece. D. White enamel, outer minute track. Rose-cut diamond-set arrow hands. M. Gilt brass, rectangular with going barrel, frosted and gilt platform with straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs activated by the push-piece at the top. Dial signed, case numbered. Dim. 75 x 52 x 43 mm.
