Cartier Day-Date Cartier, "Day-Date", case No. 86654. Made in the 1960's. Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with day-date and an 18K pink gold Cartier deployant clasp.

Black with Arabic numerals and baton indexes, aperture for the day, subsidiary dial for the seconds, outer minute track, outermost date graduation. Yellow gold dauphine hands, day hand with red tip. M. 8???, tonneau-shaped, gilt, fausses cotes decoration, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 position, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Cartier, case numbered, movement signed Cartier Inc. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 8.5 mm
