Matte silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature on the VII, inner minute track. Luminous épée hands. M. Cal. 049, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, hack mechanism.
